With over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, the firm’s founder brings a unique blend of clinical and administrative expertise. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Health Administration, completed graduate studies at the University of North Florida, and earned her undergraduate degree from Barry University. She is also a state-licensed Radiologic Technologist, with clinical training obtained at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

This strong educational foundation, combined with hands-on clinical experience, has been instrumental in her success as a healthcare practice administrator for more than eight years. In 2018, she transitioned from internal practice leadership to launching Elizabeth James Consulting LLC, allowing her to support a broader range of healthcare organizations with scalable, efficient administrative solutions.
EJC partners with healthcare providers who face the challenge of delivering high-quality patient care while managing the growing demands of business operations.
